Founded in the mid 90s, Electric Light Systems Limited (ELS) is the Group’s head office located in Hong Kong, China. It is responsible for formulation and direction of the Group’s corporate and business strategies, and the Group’s central management hub in charge of financial management, corporate communications, product design and development, brand management, and marketing and sales management and distribution.

ELS collaborates with the Group’s production plant Leeming Lighting (Shenzhen) Limited on research and development on products and technologies, laboratory testing, and production planning. It also works closely with its sales and distribution arm CIDELEC in Paris of France, which operates a branch sales office CLS in Madrid, Spain. Further expansion of sales network in Europe and North America is underway to align with the Group’s continuous growth strategy.
